We aim to provide accurate information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct it.

All prices are in British Pounds (£). Prices are subject to change at any time, but any changes will not affect previously placed orders.

We cannot guarantee the availability of products displayed on our website. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products available for sale, and to discontinue any product at any time, without prior notice.
6. Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, for reasons including, but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or issues with payment. You will receive an order confirmation, but a contract between us will only be formed when your goods are dispatched.

By providing your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.
8. Cancellation
Your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn’t end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
There are certain items which you won’t have the right to cancel. These include personalised items. Number Plates fall into this category.
9. Delivery
We offer various delivery options, which are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays due to postal issues, or other unforeseen circumstances are unfortunately beyond our control. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds, or compensation for such delays.
10. Returns
In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations, personalised items such as Number Plates are exempt from returns, except in cases where the goods are faulty or damaged. At our discretion, we will accept returns of accessories, provided they are unopened and unused.
11. Faulty/Damaged Goods
If your goods are faulty, or damaged, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return.
12. Refunds
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will process refunds within 14 days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. If products are found to be faulty, or damaged, we will refund shipping costs.
